Ayla Van Horn - IEP (Dip.)

Ayla earned her Diploma of Integrated Environmental Planning Technology in 2020 from Selkirk College and is currently completing her BSc. in Environmental Science through Royal Roads University. With six seasons of experience in the silviculture industry as a tree planter, she has honed her ability to work with grace, vigor, and a fine attention to detail, which naturally cascades into her new role as an Environmental Technician. Since joining Lotic, Ayla has gained experience in water quality sampling, environmental monitoring, and assisting in fish salvages. Ayla is excited to deepen her knowledge and broaden her skills through the diverse opportunities provided by Lotic.
